Misleading with a picture of the Bayer brand. I did not receive that. That's a bit of a letdown.

Urinate on the strip and compare the discolouration with the colours on the chart.
If the test strip changes colour, you are in ketosis. Note: it does NOT matter how dark the colour is, as long as there is a change in colour.
Best performed 2 hours after dinner.
Store at temperatures between 15°C - 30°C and not in direct sunlight. Do not store in the refrigerator.
Close the bottle immediately and tighten the screw cap securely.
