So handy to always have on hand for stressful moments
I often take this spray before going to sleep when I am busy at work or when there are other matters on my mind that I might start to worry about.. I fall asleep peacefully. It helps immensely!
I bought it for my 15-year-old daughter. She used it just before an exam, and the nerves she felt in her body quickly disappeared after using Rescue Spray.
Always keep it in your handbag. Especially in stressful moments, it’s handy to have it with you. Just a quick spray and the anxiety fades away or at least diminishes. Suitable for children, but just one spray.
It is a great product if you are feeling nervous, for example before a visit to the dentist. It really helps you to relax. However, for children, I recommend the alcohol-free version, as my son is sensitive to everything, including this. He was unable to walk and had no control over his legs.

I have a presentation coming up soon, and I get very nervous when I have to present, which causes me to completely miss the mark. Is this also due to nerves?
On 23 january 2019 by Customer serviceNo, the Bach Rescue Remedy is intended for use after a shocking, unexpected event, as developed by the product's creator (Edward Bach). It is not a general relaxant like, for example, valerian root. For stage fright (and exam anxiety, for instance), it is better to use Valerian Extract. You can start taking this a few days before and on the day of your presentation. Best of luck!
