This helps me better than the regular rescue. When it gets a bit too much, I spray it in my mouth and then feel calmer, worrying less.
I use the Bach night spray every evening to fall asleep faster. If I don't do this, I often lie awake for hours. The spray works wonders for me!
I am definitely in favour of using herbs. This spray is easy to use. If I have trouble sleeping due to worrying and tossing and turning, I just spray it, and it calms down, allowing me to fall back asleep. Tip: also use valerian to help you sleep well. My sleep quality has improved because of it.

Good afternoon, I have purchased a small bottle of Bach Rescue spray to help support my depression. However, I must not use it if it contains St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum), as this may cause a conflict with my ADD/antidepressant Bupropion. Could you please let me know as soon as possible whether or not the herb is in the rescue spray? Thank you very much. Regards, E. Heezius

The ingredients of this spray are primarily blossom extracts from various flowers, including Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum), Rock Rose (Helianthemum), Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera), Impatiens (Impatiens glandulifera), Clematis (Clematis vitalba), White Chestnut (Aesculus Hippocastanum), and alcohol.
It's always wise to be extra cautious when combining supplements with prescribed medication. If in doubt, I recommend consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
Can one use Bach Rescue during pregnancy?
