From the various Bach Flowers, 5 blossoms have been selected that together ensure the unique effect of Bach Rescue Remedy:

• Cherry Plum
• Clematis
• Impatiens
• Rock Rose
• Star of Bethlehem

Alcohol-free

Composition
Active ingredients:
Rock Rose (Helianthemum nummularium)
Clematis (Clematis vitalba)
Impatiens (Impatiens glandulifera)
Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera)
Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum)

Other ingredients: glycerine and water.

Usage
Place four drops in a small glass of water. Take small sips until you feel the effect. Then take as needed (maximum 24 drops per day). If water is not available: place four drops on the tongue. Repeat as needed, possibly every five minutes.
