Excessive consumption of sweeteners may have a laxative effect. May contain traces of gluten.
You can open the tin by pressing the middle of the lid with both thumbs. This will 'release the side' so you can remove the lid. To close the tin again, place the lid on and press the sides inwards, for example with your thumb and middle finger, so that the lid becomes convex and stays in place.

On 18 may 2010 by Customer serviceThis product does not cause drowsiness. The Bach remedies work through emotions and the psyche, not through the nervous system. Therefore, Bach remedies cannot be compared to calming herbs like Valerian, etc., which do have a clearly observable physical effect.
The Rescue formula is useful if one has experienced something unpleasant or has been startled. For general tension, such as exam anxiety, other products (like Valerian Extract or Rhodiola) are more suitable.
