Good support for daily stress.... Occasionally a bit drowsy, which I find annoying.
The calming is very good because my son was very restless and slept very irregularly, and with the combination of passiflora and calming, it is already much better.
I only use this product when I am under a lot of stress; it works well and quickly.
I was hanging by a thread when my psychologist advised me to try passiflora. I was just about to go to the doctor. I was on the brink of sinking deep into a [.....]. However, once I started using passiflora extra strong, I noticed that not only did I sleep better, but I also began to feel better. For me, no [.....], just passiflora extra strong.

Ingredients
passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 4.6%, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), valerian (Valeriana officinalis); filler (mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose); stabiliser (acacia); glazing agent (magnesium stearate).
Take 1 tablet twice a day with some water.
During stressful moments: take 1 tablet 1 hour beforehand, and another tablet 30 minutes before the stress event with some water.
Children aged 6-12 years: 1 tablet per day.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Can you use this in combination with the antidepressant paroxetine?

May I take the Vitals Ashwagandha alongside the extra strong Passiflora if necessary? Thank you in advance for your response.
