Molkosan by A.Vogel is a 100% natural product made from purified and concentrated whey from fresh Swiss Alpine milk. It has a mild, tangy flavour, is neutral in scent, and contains a high concentration of lactic acid (L+).
Whey
Whey is the watery, yellowish liquid that forms during cheese production. It is almost fat-free and contains lactic acid, as well as various vitamins and minerals.
Recipes with Molkosan
Add 1-2 tablespoons of Molkosan to a glass of mineral water for a delightful drink. Enjoy it with or after a meal, and if desired, add a touch of honey or fruit juice. Of course, there are many more possibilities with Molkosan.
