Molkosan by A.Vogel is a 100% natural product made from purified and concentrated whey from fresh Swiss alpine milk. It has a mild, fresh sour taste, is neutral in smell, and contains a high concentration of lactic acid (L+).
Whey
Whey is the watery, yellowish liquid that forms during cheese production. It is almost fat-free and contains lactic acid, vitamins B1 and B6, potassium, calcium, and other minerals.
Recipes with Molkosan
Add 1-2 tablespoons of Molkosan to a glass of mineral water for a delicious drink. Enjoyable with or after a meal and can be flavoured with some honey or fruit juice if desired. And of course, there is much more you can do with Molkosan.
