When I started taking [.....] a few years ago, I took Molkosan every day. After a week, I already felt much better; I can recommend it to everyone!
not as sour as regular Molkosan, which is why I alternate it.
Whey is the watery, yellowish liquid that forms during cheese production. It is almost fat-free and contains lactic acid, vitamins B1 and B6, potassium, calcium, and other minerals.
