We have been giving this to our son, who was nearly 3 at the time, since last March. So far this winter, apart from a bit of coughing and a runny nose, he has been doing brilliantly!
For the person it is intended for, very good results were noticeable after just a few days. We are therefore very pleased with it.

Long ago - during a study trip in North America - Alfred Vogel discovered the purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) among the Sioux Indians. Black Elk, one of the Sioux Indians who became friends with Vogel, shared with him the ancient knowledge about the special properties of the purple coneflower. Alfred Vogel was impressed by its resistance-boosting properties and took some seeds of the plant back to Switzerland. There, he developed the well-known natural product Echinaforce from the beneficial plant.
Children and resistance
There are times when children could use some extra resistance. In winter, for example, or to recover more quickly after illness. But also during changes, such as moving house or when they start nursery. Building good resistance starts with a healthy lifestyle. Eating healthily and varied (give your child plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables daily), getting enough rest and sleep, and playing outside in the fresh air are important pillars for good resistance. It keeps your child's resistance up and protects them well against external influences. Echinaforce Junior are tasty chewable tablets that you can give additionally to support your child's resistance well.

On 23 november 2016 by Customer serviceThe Kangavites can be well supplemented with Echinaforce Junior. Not for the entire autumn and winter, but for when they could use a boost.
The Kangavites provide 2.5 mcg of vitamin D per tablet. This is a relatively low dosage. The amount of vitamin C, 60 mg, is also relatively low. These two vitamins play an important role in the immune system. For children, a dose of at least 10 mcg of vitamin D is recommended (the safe upper limit is 50 mcg), and around 150 to 250 mg of vitamin C.
Therefore, the Kangavites multi could be supplemented with Vitamin D3 chewable tablets (12.5 mcg of vitamin D per tablet) and Kangavites C 100 mg.
