Great product! Especially because it contains Spirulina as well. I find it unpleasant to take in powder form. So this way, you still get your healthy minerals and vitamins. I have a weak immune system and I am now sick less often, and when I do get ill, I recover more quickly! Very positive indeed.

Plant extracts: purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea herba and radix) 2.6%; Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis): source of natural vitamin B12*; Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus**); filler (dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose); strengthening agent (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silica); glazing agent (magnesium stearate); coating hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, glycerol).
A daily dose of 1 tablet contains the active ingredients of 1395 mg plant extract (Echinacea purpurea herba and radix), 495 mg spirulina, and 197 mg Siberian ginseng.
Take 1 tablet daily before a meal with some water.

Good day, My question is whether the tablets can also be dissolved in lemonade or water? And whether that does not affect their efficacy. Thank you in advance, with kind regards
On 09 july 2021 by Customer serviceThe tablets can be dissolved in water, but it might be that the tablet is too firm and cannot be dissolved in water. You could then try to crush the tablet and dissolve it in water or lemonade.
