Hello! What exactly is the difference between this kids' version and the 'regular' Artic Blue fish oil? It's not entirely clear to me when I read the description and ingredients.

Can I mix this with food or water? My child won't take it straight from the spoon. Can I mix it with fermented yoghurt?

Dear, I would like to know which fish oil is best for my daughter. I am unsure between the brain building blocks from Arctic, the cod liver oil from Moller, or the capsules from Eye Q. My daughter is 9 months old. She also receives 1 sachet of Bio Kult infantis per day. For bottle feeding, she has HIPP 2, approximately 550 ml per day. I would appreciate your recommendation on which fish oil to use and how much per day.
On 20 august 2019 by Customer serviceMöllers sets a minimum age of 3 years. For Arctic, the minimum age is 1 year. The Eye Q Baby is suitable for children from 6 months according to the packaging.
From this perspective, you could give Eye Q Baby for the coming months, and when your daughter turns 1 year old, you can switch to Arctic. The advantage of Arctic is that it also contains vitamin D and a higher dose of the omega-3 fatty acid EPA. Additionally, the amount of DHA is higher.
The aforementioned age limits are very general guidelines. In terms of composition, it is not dangerous to start with Arctic now. A few months more or less does not really matter.
The packaging of Eye Q Baby suggests 1 ampoule per day. This can also be seen as a general guideline, as it is not dangerous in terms of composition to give 2 or even 3 ampoules per day.
