Very pure and mild fish oil with a pleasant, fresh taste. No unpleasant aftertaste or burps, which I've experienced with other brands. It's great that it's MSC-certified – that gives confidence in its origin and sustainability. A great choice if you're looking for quality omega-3 supplements.
The taste is actually quite pleasant. I find fish very unpleasant, but with this oil, you can't taste it. Very mild flavour.
At first, I had to get used to the oil. The idea that it comes from a fish and the slightly greasy feeling in my mouth was a bit difficult for me. However, I quickly found this wasn't a problem anymore. The taste is fine and I don't burp anything up.
