It's great that there's a liquid omega 3 with DHA and EPA available
This is quite manageable with a smoothie and you hardly taste it! Our children also take it in their smoothies. Personally, I find it really unpleasant and strong-tasting despite the orange flavour. I can't tolerate fish oil on my stomach, but this algae-based oil works well. In short, satisfied!
For someone who struggles with swallowing tablets, liquid is the solution. I am happy and satisfied with this brand and notice the benefits of this dietary supplement.
I recently tried this brand. It tastes nice, is very light, and mixes easily into any drink or food.

These are grown under controlled conditions, so there is no risk of contamination like in the open ocean. Moreover, this method provides a more sustainable source of Omega-3 as no fish are required to produce the oil.
The description mentions a very low totox value. What does this value entail and how high is it then? Thank you in advance!

Although the European guideline for the totox value is 30, Artic Blue believes it is important for the products to be as fresh as possible. This ensures that no additives need to be included in the oil to enhance the flavour, keeping it as pure as possible.
Is this supplement also suitable for children (1 year old)?
On 17 february 2023 by Customer serviceAbsolutely. Children between 1 and 3 years can have up to 5 drops of oil daily. Due to the high levels of EPA and DHA, 1 teaspoon (2.5 ml), which is half a measuring spoon, is suitable for children aged 3 and above.
Hello, a teaspoon is usually 5 ml, isn't it? For the mentioned dosage (amount of DHA/EPA), are they referring to a 'teaspoon' or is it based on 2.5ml? And should or must this product be stored in the fridge? Thank you in advance for your answers :)
