Is this product suitable for my 4-year-old child (it states from 3 years), considering the amount of vitamin D at 20 micrograms seems higher than the 15 micrograms indicated in warnings for children up to 10 years?

Good morning, so far I have been giving my daughter vitamin D drops and a separate dino fish oil capsule from Orthica, because she doesn't want to eat fish. I was wondering if this product could replace both? And if so, how much should she take per day? I ask this because these capsules are not specifically for children according to the description.
