AOV's Immuno-Norm contains, among other things, beta-carotene, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, taurine, GLA, and thymus concentrate.
Vitamin C, zinc, and selenium are antioxidants that help protect cells. 1020 Immuno-Norm contains natural beta-carotene, which contributes to good resistance. This carotenoid can be converted into vitamin A by the body as needed. Vitamin A also supports the body's immune system.
The thymus concentrate present in 1020 Immuno Norm comes from New Zealand sheep. The thymus is an organ that grows in humans until puberty and then shrinks.

Take 1-2 vegacaps three times a day with a meal unless otherwise advised.
The use of Immuno-norm during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.

I take this 3 times a day according to the recommended dosage on the jar. But I wonder, can you take this for a longer period? (So perhaps buy a new jar?)
