Alka® Minerals (60 caps) is dosed twice as high as its predecessor (100 caps). Each capsule contains 10 alkaline minerals: calcium, chromium, iron, potassium, copper, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, zinc, and as an added bonus: barley grass and wheatgrass.

Very good product
I have used these in combination with other Alka products for my fungal nail. The results are yet to come.
