Take 20 drops 3 times a day in a glass of water or directly on your tongue.

Build-up schedule
To allow the body to adjust to the effects of the bitter herb extracts, the daily dose can be increased according to the schedule below.

• Days 1–5: 2 × 10 drops
• Days 6–10: 2 × 15 drops
• Days 11–15: 2 × 20 drops
  Afterwards, you can increase to 3 times a day.
