Does Vitaminstore have promotions or a loyalty programme?
Yes, we offer regular promotions and our Vitaminclub loyalty programme provides additional benefits such as discounts and exclusive offers. You can sign up for the Vitaminstore club for free. After registration, you earn VitaminPoints with every purchase in-store or online!
How do I use a member voucher?
There are two ways, online or in-store. We'd be delighted to explain both methods to you.
Do you prefer shopping online?

What are the terms and conditions of VitaminClub?
The main terms and conditions
- VitaminClub membership is free and personal (non-transferable)
- You earn 1 VitaminPoint per €1 spent
- VitaminPoints are valid for 2 years from issuance
- 250 VitaminPoints = €10 discount with a minimum spend of €35
- VitaminPoints are not earned on shipping costs, gift vouchers, and promotions (unless otherwise stated)
- Upon returning items, the VitaminPoints from that order will be retracted
- Your membership is valid for 2 years after your last purchase
- You may terminate your participation at any time (your VitaminPoints will then expire)
- Vitaminstore reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions

How can I delete my account?
You can delete your VitaminStore account at any time yourself:
- Go to your account (click on your name at the top right)
- Click on "Data & Preferences"
- Click on "Personal Data"
- Click on "Delete Account"
Note: Deleting your account will result in the loss of your VitaminPoints, VitaminClub level, order history, and active RepeatEase subscriptions.
Do you only want to stop receiving emails? Then adjust your communication preferences under "Preferences" in your account.
