The Microflor is ideal for daily use. It is recommended to take it half an hour before breakfast or before going to bed.
The Lab2ProTM bacterial strains are selected for their shelf life at room temperature and their resistance to the effects of stomach acid. Microflor now comes in a DR capsule, which is less permeable to moisture compared to other capsules. Another advantage is that the DR capsule survives longer in the stomach, allowing it to open only in the intestine. Lab2ProTM strains also have an acid-resistant coating, providing double protection.
Microflor also contains the patented (Sunfiber® ST) which delivers natural prebiotic fibres derived from guar beans.

For years, I have been taking magnesium citrate right before bed, after brushing my teeth. How should I combine this with microflor, which I need to take at the same time? (Half an hour before breakfast is not easy for me to manage).

Is this probiotic gluten-free?

Why add silicon dioxide, why include soy and all sorts of rubbish... it's an immediate no-go for me
On 27 february 2025 by Customer serviceSoy must be mentioned in this product, as the probiotic live bacteria are cultured on soy. This means that soy is not actually in the product, but it must be mentioned as there may be traces of soy present. Silicon dioxide is added in a very small amount to ensure that the probiotic cultures do not clump or harden in the capsule. All excipients in this product, such as silicon dioxide, have been assessed and approved by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). They meet the strictest standards of European food additive regulations.
How should I take these probiotics during an antibiotic course? Before or after, with a meal or not?
On 31 october 2025 by Customer serviceIt is best to take the probiotics at least 2 hours after using an antibiotic. Otherwise, the antibiotic kills the probiotics and they won't be as effective. It is best to take the probiotics in the evening before bed or at least an hour before a meal.
Do I need Selenium if I take Microflor?

Selenium is an important mineral that contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
