BCAAs are the amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine. The body cannot produce them on its own, making them essential. These three amino acids constitute one-third of the essential amino acids and about 70 percent of total muscle protein. This can increase muscle strength.

Ingredients
BCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) granulate, Vitamin C, Lemon flavour powder, Stevia (natural sweetener).
Usage
Take 1 scoop daily with a glass of water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. Preferably half an hour before a meal or 2 hours after, as amino acids compete with other amino acids from a meal during absorption. If necessary, you can increase the dosage, for example, during intensive sports activities. A measuring scoop is included.
