Vitamin K2, in the form of menaquinone-7, originally comes from fermented foods. An example is natto, a typical Japanese food product obtained from the fermentation of soybeans. Natto is naturally rich in vitamin K2, particularly menaquinone-7. This natural form of vitamin K2 is well absorbed, remains much longer in the body, and has a stronger effect than other forms of vitamin K2.
The vitamin D3 in this product is extracted from sheep wool fat.
Vitamin D is one of the few vitamins that the body can produce itself. This occurs in the skin under the influence of sunlight. Since the sun in the Netherlands is not strong enough during the winter months to produce vitamin D, a supplement with vitamin D is a useful addition for many people. As we age, the ability to produce vitamin D decreases by 70%.
Vitamin K2 and D3 work synergistically with each other.
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) contributes to the maintenance of strong bones and supports the normal course of blood clotting.
For strong bones and teeth, our body also needs vitamin D. Vitamin D is also important for maintaining your immune system and muscle strength. The latter is particularly important to prevent falls in the elderly.

Ingredients
Filler: microcrystalline cellulose, Stabiliser (capsule: hypromellose), Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
1 to 2 times per day 1 capsule, preferably with a warm meal.
Not suitable for children up to 10 years old.
Note: Do not use Vitamin K2D3 180 & 25 mcg in combination with anticoagulants of the coumarin type.
