Together with Vitamin B6 (be cautious with the dosage) and Ester C, it provides relief for my chronic back pain!
This really works well for me after more than a month of taking it. With 2 a day, no [.....] anymore, but I do have terrible issues with annoying 'bumps under the skin' in my legs and very tired legs, especially early and late in the day. After stopping, it took a few days for the bumps to disappear.
Thought it was working, but given the setback, I might need to use it for longer to see results.
We have the impression that it helps, but it needs to be used for a longer period to achieve the desired effect.

The L-form is the natural form, while the D-form is the synthetic form. The DL-form is a mixture of both.
For phenylalanine, we only have the L-form and the DL-form in our range. Both have different effects and applications, by the way.
