Not a pleasant taste. If you mix the powder with a soy milk product, it is reasonably drinkable. Not with fruit juice!
Proteins contribute to the growth of muscle mass. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function. Calcium supports digestion and magnesium helps in building body protein.

Four measuring scoops (20 grams) contain:
whey powder 17 g
- with: choline bitartrate 340 mg
calcium (from seaweed) 228 mg
magnesium (-oxide) 156 mg
l-glutamine 1000 mg
l-taurine 200 mg
colostrum 300 mg
lactoferrin 48 mg
Ingredients: whey, l-glutamine, minerals, choline bitartrate, colostrum, l-taurine, lactoferrin (from cow's milk).
Contains no gluten, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colourings, flavourings, and fragrances.
Suitable for vegetarians.
As a course, the recommended amount is 20 grams per day (4 measuring scoops) for 10 days. Preferably mix with 250 ml of yoghurt, quark, or soy yoghurt.
As maintenance, the recommended dosage is 10 grams per day (two measuring scoops).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use during pregnancy (wish) or breastfeeding. Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

If you are taking the treatment dose (4 scoops), it is advisable to spread this throughout the day, for example, a quarter of an hour before breakfast, in the morning, in the afternoon, and just before bedtime. If this is not practical, you can also take 2 scoops twice a day, or even 4 scoops once a day. However, spreading the intake throughout the day has the advantage that the intestines are continuously supplied with the active ingredients.
