Wheat flour is not added separately as an ingredient. Two of the enzymes are derived from/contain wheat flour.

Blood in the stool is unlikely to be caused by enzymes, but it can indicate a condition in the stomach or intestines. It is therefore important to inform your GP about this immediately.

When dealing with flatulence and sensitive bowels, it is primarily important to examine your eating habits. The use of digestive enzymes should be seen as a last resort. Our body can produce all the necessary enzymes without much difficulty. The problem is that our eating habits often make it very difficult for our bodies.
