Mix 3 tablespoons (approx. 30 grams) in a blender, mixer, or shaker with 250 ml water, (plant-based) milk, or a smoothie.

Also suitable as an extra addition to muesli breakfast. Suitable for daily use and can be used before or after training, during meals, or before going to bed.

Contains caffeine: not suitable for children and pregnant women. 

Store the product as dry, light, and airtight as possible. 

Any clumping is normal and the product can still be used.
