Usage
Take 2 tablets a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner. Stick to the recommended dosage unless advised otherwise by a therapist or doctor. Do not use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding. This product contains iron. Excessive intake may be harmful to young children. If health issues arise, such as tingling or numbness in hands or feet, please contact your (family) doctor. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to 17 years.
