I am truly amazed by this product! Take 3 times 20 drops and after 1 week my blocked nose is finally clear. I have tried so much and have finally found something that helps me.
Fantastic product! It works better than any other remedy for stubborn gum inflammation, and I have also managed to clear up eczema on my face with it!

Vitamin D is crucial for strong teeth and the immune system. Deficiencies in vitamin D are quite common in the Netherlands, as sunlight is not strong enough for most of the year to produce sufficient vitamin D in the skin, and children also play outside less than in the past.
A good guideline for children older than 1 year is at least 10 micrograms per day, and in this case, at least 25 micrograms per day. For example, two tablets of the Animal Parade Vitamin D3 chewable tablets daily, or five drops of the Vitamin D3 drops.
Also important for the immune system is vitamin C. For this, you can give them the Vitamin C chewable tablets (one tablet per day). Vitamin C is also important for strong teeth and the immune system.
Even better is to give them a good multivitamin, so they also receive sufficient zinc and vitamin A, etc. For example, the Elke Dag Junior Stevia. This already provides 10 mcg of vitamin D, so the aforementioned extra vitamin D from Animal Parade can be reduced to one chewable tablet or three drops per day.
The Elke Dag Junior provides 80 mg of vitamin C. You can comfortably add a Vitamin C chewable tablet alongside this. The total then amounts to 205 mg, an excellent dose for children aged approximately 4 to 12 years.
If you prefer to give them one tablet, then the preference goes to the Elke Dag Junior, as it has the broadest composition.
