GO Corylus Avellana is a plant-based dietary supplement.

Composition per daily dose (=6 ml):
Corylus avellana gemmae 6 ml.

Ingredients:
Hazel.

Excipients:
Bio-ethanol, water, and glycerine. Contains 36% (v/v) alcohol.

Organic cultivation and production.

Dosage and use
Unless otherwise advised, for adults, take 30 to 50 drops three times a day. Children (6-12 years) take 15 to 25 drops three times a day. Children (2-6 years) take 10 drops three times a day.

Preferably take the drops half an hour before or at least an hour after a meal. The drops can be taken undiluted or mixed with a small amount of water, herbal tea, or fruit juice.

If no improvement in symptoms is noticed after 7 days of continuous use or if symptoms return, a doctor should be consulted.

Warnings for use
Do not use simultaneously with blood-thinning medications. Do not use during bleeding and/or within two weeks before a surgical or dental procedure. Always use in consultation with a doctor.
