I don’t feel any difference whether I use it or not. What I do feel when I take the recommended 2ml (per day) all at once is significant nausea that fades away after about 5 minutes. I’m still undecided about whether I’m a fan of it.

Elementair Multi-Trace is based on ‘concentrated mineral drops’ (CMD), a special seawater concentrate from the Great Salt Lake with the full spectrum of minerals and trace elements (almost all sodium removed). Additional zinc (as sulphate), boron (as sodium borate), copper (as gluconate), manganese (as gluconate), chromium (as chloride), molybdenum (as sodium molybdate), and selenium (as sodium selenate) have been added to this base. This product is manufactured through a traditional and natural concentration process using the sun.
The minerals and trace elements in Elementair Multi-Trace are present in dissolved and ionic form, as electrolytes. This means they are not bonded with other elements but exist as free electrically charged particles. Magnesium chloride (MgCL2), for example, splits into the ions Mg2+ (positively charged magnesium) and CL- (negatively charged chloride) when dissolved in water. In this way, minerals also occur in our bodies, dissolved in intra- and extracellular fluids such as blood plasma. Minerals in ionic form are therefore well absorbed.

Contains no:

It's always important to be extra cautious with supplements during these periods. Consult an expert before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition (especially diabetes), or are taking medication.
On 17 april 2018 by Customer serviceThe recommended dosage of 2 ml is for an adult weighing approximately 50 to 70 kg. A child weighing 25 kg could be given a dose of 1 ml, and a child weighing 12.5 kg could receive 0.5 ml, or even half of that.
The drops do not taste very pleasant. I would only administer them if the child does not mind and if it is truly necessary.
