It appears to be primarily an internet myth. In many countries, people consume a few grams of fenugreek in their meals almost daily, and those countries are not known for larger breast sizes or feminine traits in men.
Regarding the stimulation of breast growth in adult women, the Breast Gro Capsules are worth trying.
