You can use OrganiCup in combination with an IUD. The only advice we give is to contact your doctor to possibly shorten the ends of your IUD.

Usage

Before using your OrganiCup for the first time, you should sterilise the cup in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Ensure that the cup does not touch the bottom of the pan.

Fold the soft silicone OrganiCup and insert it. OrganiCup unfolds and is held in place by a light vacuum. After ~12 hours, remove and empty the cup into the toilet. Rinse and repeat.

Yes, you can swim with a menstrual cup. Just make sure to empty the cup before swimming.
