Usage
1-3 times daily dissolve 10 grams of AlkaGreens powder (1 heaped measuring scoop) in water, fruit juice, or mix into a SuperSmoothie. Preferably take half an hour before meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.
