Contains soy.
Usage:
Lecithin granules can be added to any meal or drinks, or used as a cooking ingredient. Sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons over porridge, stir into fruit juices, or add during cooking. Lecithin also acts as a thickening agent in soups. Lecithin, technically a phospholipid, is a tasty natural source of phosphatidylcholine, serine, and inositol. It is extra rich in choline, which contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. It also supports normal liver function.
