Usage
Dissolve 1 to 2 full, level scoops daily in lukewarm water and let it stand for one minute before drinking, unless otherwise advised by a doctor or therapist.
Preferably take half an hour before breakfast.
Maintain at least a 2-hour interval between taking antibiotics and probiotics.
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
