Bonusan Ribose is a balanced sports formula. The powder contains only pure ribose and is completely free of excipients.

Ribose powder dissolves easily and has a pleasant taste. This makes it well-suited for mixing with sports drinks.

Ribose should be taken as close as possible to or during (sporting) exertion. The standard is to use several grams. For maintenance, a dose of approximately 2 grams is recommended just before bedtime.

Especially for the serious athlete, Bonusan also produces Topsport Ribose. Products from the Topsport line have the same properties as our other products but are also independently tested for the presence of doping-related substances.
