L-Lysine is an essential amino acid, which is mainly found in animal products.
In addition to a range of other functions, L-lysine is important for the synthesis of L-carnitine. L-carnitine also occurs almost exclusively in animal products.
Besides L-lysine, this plus product contains the substances vitamin C, vitamin B6, and magnesium. Both vitamin B6 and vitamin C have a positive influence on the immune system.

L-Lysine HCI, filler: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel), vitamins, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
Guaranteed free from GMO, soy, yeast, gluten, lactose, added sucrose, gelatin, animal substances, preservatives, synthetic colour, fragrance, and flavourings.
Take 1 tablet daily at least half an hour before a meal. Do not take the tablet with protein-containing foods. If necessary, the dosage can be increased to 1500 mg per day, preferably divided throughout the day.
