Tried this for the first time. It takes a bit of getting used to the taste of the sweetener, but it's not too bad.
I've been taking this for months. I feel much more vital. I mix it with orange juice, as I don't find the taste very pleasant with just water, but with orange juice, it's absolutely delicious. Every morning, I have an Alka Green.
Works very well for acid balance. And it tastes nice. Taking good care of your body is very important! I definitely recommend purchasing this product.

Put the contents of 1 Alka Greens stick pack into a glass. Add about 200 to 250 ml of water. Stir well and then drink slowly.
If desired, you can temporarily increase the dose to 2 stick packs per day.
Alka Greens dissolved in water has a nice and naturally slightly sweet fruity taste. Preferably drink it just before breakfast.

Is it safe and beneficial to take AlkaGreens during pregnancy? I used to take it regularly before pregnancy. I stopped for 2 weeks because it was sold out in Belgium. Now I have it again, but in the meantime (presumably) I am 2 weeks pregnant. What should I do with the AlkaGreens? Thank you in advance, Tamara

As a precaution, we therefore advise against it. Please give the sachets you have left to a friend or family member.

If in doubt, opt for products with a less complex composition, such as just spirulina, for which a good estimate can be made regarding its vitamin K content. For instance, 1 gram (1000 mg) of Absolute Spirulina Powder provides approximately 20 mcg of vitamin K. This can be combined with the Alka Drops for acid-base balance.
