Health is your most precious asset and deserves only the very best. That's what we believe at Vitaminstore, and you can see it reflected in everything we do: from our products to our service. Our vitamins and natural care products meet the highest quality standards and contain the most easily absorbable substances. Our health coaches are ready with personal advice in the shops and online. We are here for everyone who loves life and wants to enjoy it for as long as possible.
Should you nevertheless be dissatisfied with our products or our service, we would very much like to hear from you as soon as possible. We will then immediately engage in a conversation with you. This allows us to try to resolve your dissatisfaction and also improve our products or services. If we can't come to an agreement together and you are still not satisfied, you can file a complaint with us according to our complaints procedure. The procedure is as follows.
The complaints procedure
The complaints procedure applies to all complaints from customers regarding our products or our service, both online and in-store.
You can send your complaint to the email address: info@vitaminstore.nl for the attention of Customer Service. Handling your complaint is free of charge. The complaint is handled by a dedicated staff member we refer to internally as the complaint handler. The complaint handler will draft an advice/proposal. If this route does not lead to a solution within 4 weeks, which we do not expect, you can always go to court in Amsterdam.
