Step 1: Sleep Better Massage & Body Oil.
After a bath or shower, warm the oil between your palms and massage it into the skin using gentle, sweeping movements.

Spray over your pillow before bedtime to fall asleep peacefully and drift away.
Step 3: Sleep Better Pulse Point Roller Ball.
When in bed, roll the roller ball over the pulse points at the temples, neck, and behind the ears. Also suitable for use on the wrists.
