GC-12 contains a combination of these two nutrients, with a recommended usage of once a day. This is in contrast to common dietary supplements, which need to be taken at least three times a day.

Through a special method {CDT = Controlled Delivery Technology}, glucosamine and chondroitin are evenly distributed over 12 hours. It then takes more than 12 hours for the substances to disappear. This allows you to benefit from the health-promoting effects of glucosamine and chondroitin for a full day.
