It states that the capsule should be taken half an hour before going to bed. It is also suggested that melatonin (which is contained in it) is better taken a few hours before bedtime. This is therefore contradictory. What do you advise as the best time to take this? I find it convenient to take the capsule after dinner, is this possible?
On 05 january 2024 by Customer serviceThe advice is to take it just before your desired sleep time. If you take it right after your dinner and then engage in various activities or sit in front of a screen, you will again reduce the production of melatonin.
