Yeast Beta Glucan, Di Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc Citrate, Vitamin D (Vitamin D3, Antioxidant: dl alpha, Tocopherol), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Selenium (Sodium Selenite).

Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised.

Store in a dry place at room temperature. Do not use during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.
