Usage
Shake well before use! 
Take ½ ml (±14 drops | ½ pipette) 3 times a day in 30ml water. For short-term use only, up to 10 days. 
Intensive use: Take 1 ml (±28 drops | 1 pipette) 3 times a day in 30ml water.

Can also be used for external use (rinse), for skin, mouth, ears, and buttocks. Consult your doctor or therapist.

Tip: Hold the extract in the mouth for 30-60 seconds for even better absorption through the oral mucosa.

Interactions | All moderate: Canadian Goldenseal may interfere with medications (anticoagulants) that can slow blood clotting.
Canadian Goldenseal may affect blood sugar levels. Should be used with caution when taking diabetes medications. It is recommended to monitor blood sugar levels regularly. Canadian Goldenseal may slow the breakdown of medications in the liver. This may enhance the effects and side effects of some medications. Consult your doctor or therapist.
