At present, I am using sweetbunny hair vitamins. I am very satisfied with this product. However, a blood test revealed that my vitamin B6 levels are too high, which can lead to nerve disorders and other issues. This may be due to pyridoxine hydrochloride. I was advised to stop taking the supplements. Now, my dietitian recommends using your vitamins. But does this substance not appear in your products? Kind regards, Riet.

Can I use skin, nails and hair while also taking iron tablets?

This supplement does not contain high doses of iron or other ingredients that adversely affect iron absorption. However, it is wise not to take them at exactly the same time. Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach and may be less well absorbed when taken with certain minerals such as calcium or zinc. Keeping a few hours between both supplements is sufficient.
