I've been using this vitamin D for at least 20 years. Nicely packaged in a strip, so no sticky softgels.
My favourite D3 Capsules!!! Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, so the fact that it is dissolved in olive oil is good for its absorption.
Clear information about what you're taking. No unnecessary additives like in many other supplements. Nice small size to swallow. Once a day works very well for me too. I also read that due to the high values, once every two days is sufficient as well. The price is also reasonable.

On 15 february 2017 by Customer serviceThe Super Omega D3 is in capsules made from fish gelatine. It contains the same amount of vitamin D but is supplemented with vitamin A and omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil.
